Character mode asks for one Tekken 8 fighter per day. Type any name from the roster and the grid lines your guess up against the answer on six attributes at once, so even a wrong guess rules out a large part of the cast.
- Gender, country and fighting style: green if the cell matches exactly, red if it does not. Country can also turn orange, which means the right continent but the wrong country.
- Height, weight and Tekken debut go green only on the exact value, otherwise red with an arrow pointing up or down. Debut is the first numbered Tekken a playable fighter carried this name in, not a year: King counts from Tekken 1, even though the King of Tekken 8 is the second fighter under the mask. The arrow sends you to an earlier or a later Tekken.
Guesses are unlimited and there is no game over, so your only score is how few tries you needed. Once you find the fighter you can share your grid as emoji, spoiler-free.
